Our mission is simple. Good Dogs.  Good dogs start out as good puppies and good puppies come from good breeders.

We believe there is no better place to get a top-quality puppy than from an experienced breeder.  My family and I have enjoyed our dogs our entire lives. My husband and I, nor our children, who have their own families know life without dogs. Our program, Blue River, was established over 30 years ago.  We've made a great life of showing, training, whelping, raising and judging dogs. We enjoy the challenge of a breeding program and we always breed for the future. We take great pride in building better dogs. We never breed for less. Quality is our top priority.

Proper structure, good health, correct type, stable temperament and years of longevity are the top five components of River Quality dogs.   We keep puppies back for ourselves from each breeding and our bloodline is a testament to our dedication. We breed to keep pups that will secure our program for a better future by continuously fine-tuning our line.

We offer a health guarantee and puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, socialized and evaluated before leaving.  We believe in doing everything possible before 8 weeks to give pups a headstart in life and to make the transition from our home to yours an easy adjustment for everyone.
